Dr. Shani Nicole Robinson, Author and CPA, is an accomplished executive leader, educator, and consultant with over two decades of experience in business, higher education, and organizational leadership. As the founder and principal consultant of Geneva Nicole Strategies, LLC (GNS), she specializes in emotional intelligence training, helping leaders and organizations enhance their emotional intelligence, communication, and adaptability to drive meaningful organizational growth.
As a certified emotional-intelligence practitioner (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360), Dr. Robinson merges research-based insights with authentic leadership, empowering individuals and teams to lead with confidence, empathy, and impact. Through GNS, she collaborates with businesses, higher-education institutions, and public-sector organizations to design and deliver comprehensive leadership development programs, workshops, executive coaching, keynote speaking, and panel moderation that align people and performance.
In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Robinson serves as senior associate dean and professor of accounting in the College of Business Administration at Sam Houston State University, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on student success and workforce readiness. With her background at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and extensive academic experience, she acts as a bridge between education and industry, preparing the next generation of professionals while guiding organizations in cultivating emotionally intelligent, work-ready talent.
