Dr. Shani Nicole Robinson, Author and CPA, is an accomplished executive leader, educator, and consultant with over two decades of experience in business, higher education, and organizational leadership. As the founder and principal consultant of Geneva Nicole Strategies, LLC (GNS), she specializes in emotional intelligence training, helping leaders and organizations enhance their emotional intelligence, communication, and adaptability to drive meaningful organizational growth.

As a certified emotional-intelligence practitioner (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360), Dr. Robinson merges research-based insights with authentic leadership, empowering individuals and teams to lead with confidence, empathy, and impact.
