About Us

Emotional Intelligence Leadership at Geneva Nicole Strategies

Our Story

Geneva Nicole Strategies was created to honor a legacy of strength, wisdom, and intentional leadership, inspired by our founder’s grandmother, Helen Geneva Carroll. Helen Geneva Carroll embodied grace, grit, and excellence, and her influence shaped generations. She reminded us that true leadership, which includes emotional intelligence, is not defined by titles or positions but by how we show up and how we treat others. The firm’s name, drawn from the middle names of Ms. Helen Geneva Carroll and Dr. Shani Nicole Robinson, symbolizes a bridge between legacy and modern leadership development—connecting the lessons of the past with the possibilities of organizational growth in the future.
