Geneva Nicole Strategies was created to honor a legacy of strength, wisdom, and intentional leadership inspired by our founder’s grandmother, Helen Geneva Carroll.
Helen Geneva Carroll embodied grace, grit, and excellence. Her influence shaped generations, reminding us that true leadership is not defined by titles or positions but by how we show up and how we treat others.
The firm’s name, drawn from the middle names of Ms. Helen Geneva Carroll and Dr. Shani Nicole Robinson symbolizes a bridge between legacy and modern leadership - between the lessons of the past and the possibilities of the future.

Dr. Shani Nicole Robinson, CPA, serves as a strategic leader and innovator in the College of Business Administration at Sam Houston State University, guiding leadership initiatives and organizational direction across academic and professional spaces. She is professionally certified in Emotional Intelligence and is recognized for her ability to translate complex topics into meaningful leadership practice. A respected facilitator and speaker, Dr. Robinson is frequently invited to lead workshops, keynotes, and expert panels that empower leaders, teams, and organizations to grow with purpose, adapt with confidence, and lead the future of work with clarity and compassion.
